Sorry to hear you are not well Lynda. I had a cold last weekend and was amazed at how much the symptoms were relieved by taking echinacea. I took it in liquid form. It boosts the immune system and whilst I still had the runny nose symptoms my head was clear and not muzzy. I am now a convert!
