In April, the Journal of the American Medical Association looked at all the studies available and found people lost weight on the diet because they ate fewer calories altogether even though more of their calories came from fat.


Hmm- I think someone needs to do a little more research. In my mind, and on my calculator, the 1700+ calories I'm consuming now while losing weight is a LARGER amount than the 1000 to 1100 I consumed on WW and GAINED weight. Am I doing something wrong with my calculations?

Seriously, where do these people get all of this misinformation? Are they all just making this stuff up out of thin air?
