Yes you can get sugar free Tunes. I picked some up at Sainsbury's last weekend. They have been great with my cold. The sweetners are isomalt and sucralose (wow splenda) and the 98 g of carbs per 100g are all polyols, so that is OK, unless you are sensitive to these.
