Food in the US can have 0.9 carbs and be listed as 0 carbs. If you notice the serving size is also just 1oz most of the time. If youc an stop at 1oz for the day, then it's not bad. When you start having more then a serving it can add up.

Some people are just intolerent to dairy and even at 0 carbs it can still cause problems. People with a candidia overgrowth (which I think I get from time to time) have to avoid all aged and mold containing cheeses. Small amounts of mozzarella, cream cheese, and other fresh dairy won't effect them as badly.

If you think induction is boring, you should try an induciton modified for candidia. No cheese, nuts, any condiments containing sugar, vinigar, or fermented products like soy sauce.
