It's funny how I can never see the size difference in any of my photos. To me, I looked the same at 263 lbs as I do at 221 lbs. I guess I am more judgemental of myself then I thought

I think I would regret not keeping a photo diary. It is just such encouragement to be able to look back and see how far you've come....
