Hi Coolaz and thank you for the welcome. About 3 years ago I low carbed and felt better than I did even in my 20's. I know I will become addicted to the lifestyle again. I love to cook and with all the fantastic recipes on here ya just can't go wrong. I look forward to reading your posts.
