Unhappy Having trouble at school...

Hi, i'm new to this web site but i have been doing low carb off and on for over 2 years. The problem is i'm only 15, i know people say kids shouldn't diet but i'm not doing it to lose a bunch of weight, just trying to maintain what i lost over the summer. My parents know about and support it, in fact my mom is also on the diet and she got me into it but only because her and i think it's a health way to eat. However, i'm having trouble eating low carb at school because our school lunchs are terrible but i want to eat something because i know it's not good to skip meals. I try to take a bar to eat from home but recently found out it has quite a few "hidden carbs" so i don't know what to do about it! Does anyone have any ideas or tips? Thanks a million!!!
