Be careful with using quick cooking oats as they're highly processed (a lot like minute rice). While you may be able to work in the carb count for quick oats, the glycemic index is very high. If you're going to have oatmeal, the less processed the better so old fashioned or steel cut would probably be best.
Another option would be to look for something at your local health food store called Keto Oatmeal. It has 12 grams total with 9 grams of fiber for an ECC of 3; a lot more doable for someone just leaving induction.
