Hey deshukel - the cranberry juice is 7/8 carbs per 8 oz glass, I'm diluting it 1 part juice to 8 parts water = 1carb. I started this diet back in May, see longer posting yesterday, and I moved up the owl too fast evidently - ~ 2# per month here the last couple of months. Now that I have you guys it's easier to stay commited. I'm at the "whittle my middle" stage, and I guess thats just going to be the last thing that comes in line. Got quite a pouch going on there, maybe a tummy tuck will be in order when I get to goal weight...lol
Was logging on to compuserve and they have a list of the 5 most dangerous diets - of course Atkins was first.....stating the limit of calcium ie. milk would result in osteoporosis.....Even before atkins, I was taking my cal/mags before bedtime and an extra one when I had a TOM. Prevented leg and foot cramps. Please ya'll get a good vit/mineral supplement and take it. On most vitamins, at least the water soluable kind, what your body doesn't use--it will eliminate.
