This has been pretty standard

Lately, it's been coffee or tea with cream for breakfast, maybe a couple of grilled pork chops. then have some other meat item (I made meat loaf with sugar-free ketchup, peas, eggs, and onions last night) for dinner. I've been really bad about the veggies lately, though that wasn't true in the past.
