Get yourself a good cookbook (I love 500 Low Carb recipes by Dana Carpender) and a little food processor or a blender if you don't have such.
I think leafing through a good low carb cookbook will inspire you to try something, and then you are on your way.
I never cooked before! Now I'm getting into it, making Italian Pot Roast tonight. If it turns out well I'll post the recipe.
