I've been stalled for about a year, so I'm willing to experiment a little. I think I'll try replacing the bacon and cheese I usually have with scrambled eggs in the morning with hard boiled eggs and 1 or 2 fruits, followed by an intense cardio workout (4-5 days a week); maybe some bread with an otherwise low carb lunch, and a no carb dinner. Let's see what happens...
according to Fitday, that works out to less than 2000 calories, about 74 grams of carbs, and according to Dr. Ellis, I should loose wt, without any hunger!!!
