Whatever works. People do vary.
I'm a walking example of what Dr. Atkins said. I cut way back on my carbs and lost more weight than I did exercising like mad (1 1/2 hours every day, in case anyone is wondering) and I was a size larger then than I am now.
Sure, I think everyone should exercise, even though I do not have a formal plan right now. But I firmly believe Dr. Atkins was completely right, since everything he said would happen, happened to me.
