I know what you mean. For me it started around Halloween. I loaded up with low carb chocolate bars to stave off cravings for the real stuff and now I'm addicted to those and eating way too many each day. Today I've told myself that I am going to resist and just try it ONE DAY AT A TIME. I want to regain my self control because I'm really stalled in my weightloss and I know its my own fault.
