Yesterday I read something that said you should keep your calorie count around the calories burned for your basal metabolism. I don't know if that's true, but it sounds plausible and makes sense.
As far as fat, I've found I do better at the 60-65% mark, but my friend is doing this with me and she does better at the 70% mark. I have a lot of muscle on my frame, so it's possible I need the extra protein. She's 30 lbs. lighter than me and 3" shorter, so she probably needs more of the fat.
Sorry, I guess that wasn't really helpful except to say that everybody is different!
