Hi,

Just thought I would see if anyone has any really goooood bread recipes, I have tried Gabi's world famous bread, and it turns out kinda wierd, the top is all mishapen, and the flavor is lacking, not to mention the texture of the bread, it is quite spongy, so I am in need of help here, hope someone can give me some recipes to play with, cuz I have alot of ingredients that I have bought, and need to use somehow!!!
Also, I found a GREAT loaf of bread just today, it is called Smart Nutrition, made by Franz Family Bakeries, it tastes NUMMY, and I got it for 2/4.00, which I didnt think was too bad, it normally costs 3.19 a loaf, I know I made a super find, but I would still like to use those ingredients!! So I would really appreciate some suggestions, if anyone has any. Thanks in advance.
