Every one is different. You will have to play with the fat levels to see what is a good amount for you. Also how many calories are you consuming, ghow many carbs and how much fiber?
You won't lose everyday on this WOE. In fact there can be times you gain. Your body needs to take small breaks while it tests you to see if you are really sticking to this, or if there will be a famine coming up. If you stick to it and plug through, making small alterations when needed, the weight does come off.
