I wasn't sure if I was going to get through induction I really felt like quiting a couple times,(but thanks to this forum I stuck with it). But my 2 weeks arre up and I am down 13 pounds, yeahhhhhhh, Anyway just wanted to tell everyone in induction to go the atkins.com website and get some of the recipes I just did it yesturday and wished I had done it 2 weeks ago it definately would have made my induction way easier. Anyway just go get some recipes, REALLY HELPFULL. GOOD LUCK TO ALL
