Availability varies...In Broward, where my parents are, I can get the Whole Milk Powder in some Winn-Dixies. Up here in P'Cola, I can't even get Brown Sugar Substitute...much less Whole Milk Powder. All they have on the shelves up here is Nonfat Dry Milk Powder. What I'd really like to find though is Dry Cream Powder [made from REAL cream, not some fake shit.] I know it exists because I've seen it listed on some LC food labels. But, I have yet to find it in a store.
