Wendy, I'll be in Livonia (outside of Detroit), but one of DH's sisters and family live in Holt, near East Lansing. Both she and her DH are MSU grads and 2 of their kids are currently attending (the third will be attending next Fall). They are fanatical about MSU. She even works there in some sort of administrative capacity. They're so fanatical, they missed the parents' 50th wedding anniversary party because of an MSU football game they had tickets for. (The family has still not forgiven them for that; at the time, they had the only grandkids. Can you believe it?)

When will you be there? Maybe we can get a chance to meet in person sometime during the week? I'd love to actually meet one of my pals. I mean it! Wow, this now gives me extra incentive to convince DH to drive out for the holiday! I'll keep you posted.
