For me the only issue was the salt. I wasn't drinking enough water and stalled while I ate much pepperoni crisps (love them microwaved until crispy) and pork rind nachos (microwaved w/ cheese and paul newman salsa).
If you are losing and like your food... stop worrying.
Just remember to stop eating when satisfied. Learning to really listen and trust your body becomes very important.
