When should I start Pre-Maintance?
Hey Guys!
I am 75% to my goal. *YAY* I guess I need to start thinking about moving on to pre maintance. My question is when should I do that? Im at 193 right now and my goal is 175...
Any suggestions would be greatly appricated.
