This reminds me of an old joke. Man walks in a doctor's office and says :

"Doctor I want to live to be an hundred years old".

The Doctor says, "It's simple: no alcohol, no fattening food, no sex."

"If I do this, I will live to be a hundred ?", the patient ask.

"No", answers the Doctor, but it will sure feel like it.
