Lean Cuisine's must have gotten better, because I remember them being much higher when I checked in the supermarket...just as a gosh-what-I-used-to-eat kind of thing.
I'm glad something like that doesn't mess you up. I couldn't blow 20-30 carbs per meal on something like Lean Cuisine...it would have to be a LOT better than that!
