Most of my family lives out of state and I haven't seen them since I started losing weight. I've told them that I have and they are happy about that. My husband is doing sort of a modified Atkins with me because I am only cooking low carb now and he eats what I cook. He has lost a few pounds and his blood sugar is now in the normal range where before it was constantly over 200. I look forward to the day when family sees how much I have lost.
