Woke up this morning and weighed myself. I lost 3 pounds the first couple of days then it stopped now on day 7 into Induction the scale showed me down 2 more pounds. That's 5 pounds in 7 days.

Question though: Why if I weighed myself yesterday morning it wasn't showing why did it wait till this morning to pop up?
