So then LEARN. We learned to bake without fat so we can learn to do it without carbs. These people are so entrenched! If they realised they could just as easily make probably a bigger buck by producing low carb breads and sugar free low carb pastries, they might be able to adapt!
Geez, we do it all the time at home and we're NOT professional chefs. |
