I looked at your profile and you are a bit too young to be getting hot flashes and stuff like that. Maybe it's just the fat melting off. I really don't know. Do you feel ok even though you are sweating or do you feel a bit queasy? If you feel fine except being hot then I would think you are ok. If you feel queasy there may be some kind of medical reason.
