I mix 2 ounces of cream cheese with 1 scoop of protein vanilla powder, then add 2 eggs, 2 tsp of Splenda, a shake of cinnamon and sometimes a bit of Vanilla extract. I whip it with a fork, scraping off the cream cheese every once in a while and pour it into a heavily buttered no-stick pan. (Don't worry about the cheese lumps - they melt down beautifully)

It's a bit tricky to flip over...but even if it breaks up...it's all going down the same hole

Sometimes I add a bit more Splenda and cinnamon...and munch away.
