What I did...
stopped obsesing about everything I ate. Fit Day will stay empty unless I feel like I'm going overboard. I ate what I felt like eating from the allowed foods and stayed close to 20 carbs a day. I also ran out of macadamias....might have a little to do with it.
I'm just happy I'm losing again.
