When my brother first got on the Internet, he called me up (eventually) and asked, "How much of this stuff should I believe?"
I told him he has to use his own common sense, like from any source. Just because it's out there doesn't mean it's true.
Look at all those sites for people who claim the CIA put radio chips in their head....now I'm not saying it CAN'T happen.
I just don't think it DOES happen.
