I say go for the 180, and if your happy there. then maintane it. Do little goals until you get to where your Happy. Do wht makes you happy and don't worry about BMI, Charts and all the stuff that says you have to weight x amount of pounds. We are all different. and don't get frustrated, Remmber you are doing this for you, Now repet that ten times,
