Need some input please
I've been doing some research lately. Body fat, BMI, height/weight, etc. I think my goal weight is too high for me. But then when I think about it, I think that maybe I'm just getting frustrated. Especially when I read the thread of everybody's height, weight and size clothes.
I think I'd be happy for now increasing my goal weight to 180. What do you think? Am I just fooling myself?
