I am off and on, if I stay on I will lose, no doubt about it. I am back as of today. I have lost 18 lbs to date, it's been a long 18 lbs. I am dropping inches faster than weight, so I don't get on the scale that much cause I get discouraged. My clothes tell me alot. Good luck and remember to drink water.
