I just wanted to say that i have lost 80 pounds in 4 months. Actually closer to three but i'll say 4 since i'm posting closer to four months. You may ask how i did it. Well obviously i had to excercise and yes i did cut major corners. You could say a modified version. Now i am finally doing the woe the way it should be and i'm still losing weight. Now i'm not going to recommend anything i was doing to any of you but i can say one thing. It was low carb. I'm a low carber for life my friends. Anyone can do it. I'll give more details later but for now i just want to thank you all for having the info that got me here after a life time, short it has been, of being overweight. I'll send a before and after picture very soon. I'm still not used to the flirting yet HA!
