yep you open a can of your favorite low carb beer empty 1/2 of it or use low carb soda. You can do it on the grill or in the oven. The steam keeps the chicken moist and tender. I use 225F in the oven and crank it up to 450 for about 20 minutes when the bird is done for crisp skin
