Hello to everyone. My name is Alice, I have been on The Type II Diabetic Diet since April 11, 2003. It is the easiest diet I have ever tried. To date, I have lost 95 pounds. I feel wonderful and have dropped my cholesterol 57 points. My osteoarthritis is less painful then ever before.

I have been having a rough time searching and trying to post to this list. But it seems that I have finally made it!

I Live in the Schenectady, Albany area of New York. I am 45 and have a husband and 2 kids. Any one close by? Would love to see if anyone has some tips for staying low carb.
