I'd like to know too!

But, the reynolds cooking bags are wonderful! follow directions on the box. If you don't have the box, season your chicken inside and out with salt and pepper, and poultry seasoning if you like. I add a couple of stalks of celery and a cut onion to the cavity, in place of stuffing. Then place in bag and seal. Cut a small slit in the top of bag, and put in a pan big enough that the bag doesn't hang over the edge. Bake at approx. 350-375 degrees for about twenty min. per lb. (you know when a chicken is done when the juices run clear after piercing and you can twist the leg bone loose from the meat.
Yum-this is making me hungry! Happy eating! Tina
