Hate to rain on the parade, but after you read the lowcarbluxury article, be sure to check out this thread: The Truth about carbs in YOGURT Yogurt is still a great food, it's just not a freebie and if you're trying to be careful, I'd err on the side of caution and count the carbs as stated on the label.
