(Thanks for this, Lila Cotton- it reminded me so perfectly again about why a low fat diet NEVER worked for ME!)

Eating a lot of fat IS important on this diet. Too much protein will get converted into sugar and we all know what happens then.....so it needs to be balanced with a lot of good fats!
