Two ounces of cream cheese - nuke for 30 seconds to soften. Beat one egg with a packet of splenda. Pour egg into bowl with cream cheese and stir with a fork. Sprinkle with crumbled browned sausage. Cover and nuke for 2 minutes.

When it comes out top with a tablespoon of butter.
