Pack a bar or two, along with some beef jerky and other non-perishable low-carb snacks. Yes, you might feel out of place chomping on jerky at a wedding, but you have done so well up to this point and you don't want to sabotage it!
Don't be nervous. Eating out and eating at events is easier than you are expecting. Just stick with meat and veggies, and you'll do great. Now, back away from that wedding cake...
