the maltitol. . .causes a lactose attack to my body. . .and a lactaid clears it up. . .these attacks are painful enough for me to leave the malitol sitting on the shelf at the store. I am thinking this is more of cramping symptom rather than a slow poisioning. . .sort of like how my daughter does homework or tests. . .the minute she comes to something she can't do (for me it's can't digest) she stops everything and starts complaining (or my system stops digesting and starts cramping) . . .redawn
