CREAM OF ASPARAGUS SOUP by Jean

1 1/2 cups chicken broth, Imagine Organic, liquid
3 ounces cream cheese -- (3 to 4 oz)
12 OZ canned asparagus, (reserve liquid)
1/3 cup heavy cream -- (1/3 to 1/2 cup)

Drain asparagus, mix this liquid and chicken broth into a pan,
Add cream cheese and stir until melted.
Add reserved asparagus to broth and cream cheese.
Blend until smooth.
Add cream and heat through.

Yield:
