I'm sorry but I have to disagree with you (in a way) here.
Nicotine takes 2 - 3 days to leave your body regarless of whether you're fastig or cleansing. It's a fact.
That's why the first 3 days are the most difficult, after that there is no more addiction, just habit.
And fasts and those terrible cleansing diets are no good for your health, not to mention what they would do to your LC diet.
