Cheated for the first time since I started Atkins on April 20th of this year. Had a half a bagel and a sticky bun. I'll see what happens if anything and yes I'm right back on the Atkins program. No more cheats for another six or more months. I have had a very slow weight lose, but lost inches also and am feeling really good for an old lady of 71. lol
