Sounds like you're trying really hard, so you need a great pat on the back!
Don't count calories on Atkins. Count your carbs and remember that going under 20 a day won't help anything. Being at 20 is great, but have you been on it for 10 weeks and not lost anything?
What did you start out at? I found Fitday.com to be really helpful for me in figuring out hidden carbs. Add the fat in the wholesome food approach and you'll see success!
I wish you well! Give it a try with fitday and see how you end up in logging in daily. That will probably help a lot. Also, if you can read DANDR, it may encourage your further.
