I actually live in the Yukon, but will be passing through Vancouver. I'll probably just take my chances and try Capers.
I'm departing from low carb, and going to moderate carb, like sugar busters and fat flush. According to the fat flush site, the tortillas are 'legal.' I figured they would be higher in carbs, thanks for giving me the count.
I'm focusing on lowering my fat intake a little and adding in two carbs/day, one per week, for the next two weeks. I'm also adding one piece of fruit per day. I'm realizing that I can't maintain LC for life, and wanted a program that I could be on forever. I'm going slow with the carbs tho...
How are you combining FF with Protein power? What are your 'rules'?
