I LOVE spaghetti squash. I tried a new recipe last week -- Spaghetti Squash Chicken Alfredo-- YUMMMMM! I love it with tomato alfredo sauce (made it that way pre-LC) but I need to find a lower carb replacement for the sauce now. Perhaps when I get to maintenance I won't have to worry so much about the tomato sauce, but now-- I MISS it!
