However, it's more important to be consistent. If you've been taking your thyroid hormone with breakfast all along, then your bloodtests and dosage are based on taking it that way, and probably best to continue. If you change the way you take your thyroid meds, then you should get your blood levels checked again in 6 - 8 weeks.
